"Facing" Your Emotions

I'm about halfway through a new book that's caught my attention; Emotionomics; Winning Hearts & Minds by Dan Hill. Hill talks about marketing emotionally, something that I've been a fan of for many years...a mentor of mine once said "Facts Tell, Stories Sell"...meaning, speak emotionally and you'll get a better reaction.

Hill takes that idea one step further because simply asking someone about their emotions is like asking them about their love life; they'll say something that's sort of true, but not exactly 100% true. To that end, Hill's experience is in Facial Coding; in a nutshell; they can determine your true response to something by looking at your facial expressions.
